Privacy policy

Privacy isn't a legal checkbox for ClearSaid— it's the product. The entire reason this site exists is that the insurance industry treats personal information as inventory. We don't.

What we collect

• Nothing, by default. You can read every guide on this site without creating an account or telling us who you are.
• What you choose to share. If you sign up for guides by email, we store your email address. If you complete a questionnaire or talk with the assistant and choose to share contact or household details, we store what you provided, along with the consent language you agreed to and when.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. No cross-site tracking pixels, no ad-network tags.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never share your details with lead brokers or other agencies.
• We never call or text you without your prior express written consent.

How we use what you share

To send you the content you asked for, to prepare for a consultation you requested, and to operate the site. Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, AI processing) are bound to use it only for that purpose.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time using the contact email in the footer, and we'll honor it promptly.
